Unable to enable Dolby Pro Logic II with HLE

I have read multiple times that you should be able to enable Pro Logic II with HLE. Even on the latest build I am unable to do so without selecting LLE regardless what my audio backend is. Is there a way to use HLE?

I don't remember it ever working with HLE, I thought it was LLE-specific.

You could select Dolby Pro Logic option with HLE in very old builds, but that was a oversight on the GUI and actually didn't do anything. Dolby Pro Logic decoding never worked with DSP HLE AFAICT, it always required LLE...
