Unable to download Dolphin

I don't know what it is, but this is what comes up...

What do I do?
whenever I try to click on the download (box on the right) and box on the left just keeps coming up.
Over and over and over.

Help?! D:

try to google "7z" and see what happens

Right click > open file location?

Hi, you don't have any program to open that kind of compressed file (7z). It's like a zip but with another name. A quick google search yields this. Download and install the correct version for your system. Once you have done that, try to open the .7z file again, you should be able to decompress that file and open Dolphin.exe. Good luck.
