Hi Everyone,

I have a feeling this is painfully simple, but a lot of games after starting up make you select one of three boxes (all titled empty) I assume this is where you want to save files?

My wii remote works at this stage but the nunchuck does not (it works on other games that don't save like this). I can't select any of these three boxes with the wii remote and none of the buttons on the remote will advance me to the next menu.

This happens on Red Steel, Real Heros Firefighters, and a couple of other games. Any thoughts?
Hi Everyone,

From everything I read Direct3d9 should be more effective then OpenGL but games that run at 70-100% on OpenGL run at 20% on Direct 3d9. I have to keep everything at the lowest settings and overlocked my cpu and graphics card to get the rates I am on OpenGL.

Is there a setting on my graphics card or something in dolphin that is throttling Direct3d9? I have read through 3 or 4 "speed dolphin up" threads and have watched the optimizing video on youtube.

I'm running a 2.4 gigherz oc'd to 3.4 with an ATI 4870 graphics card and 4 gigs of ram on Windows 7.

Any input would be appreciated.

You probably need a sensor bar to move the cursor onto one of the three boxes.
You can use a real wii's sensor bar, buy a battery powered one, make one, or try candles. :p

Duh... that would make sense. I knew it would be something like that. I didn't have the sensor bar powered up because I was playing Smash bros (first game i've gotten working) and you don't need free movement to select items in that (the selections are highlighted and you can tab around with the nunchuck). I'll give the sensor bar a shot.

Thanks
