UDP problem

I have a problem. I've installed an custom version of Dolphin 5.0, that have UDP.
I've installed an UDPMote on my phone, I've modified the Wiimote.ini file.
But when I've started an game, the emulated wiimote doesn't work. Whatever I touch, on the pc happens nothing.
Is the problem that my PC is connected by a cable at the router, not direct Wi-Fi?
