Ubuntu PPA failing to produce builds for Xenial

The Ubuntu PPA for Dolphin has been failing to produce packages of dolphin-emu-master for Ubuntu 16.04 since the 14th of March. Has anyone else noticed this?

We don't maintain the PPA, and I'm not sure if the maintainer of the PPA visits these forums.
