For some months now, dolphin crashes everytime I plug my second controller in.
I have an Xbox 360 for PC pad most used, and a Saitek pad, model unknown.

Previously, they both worked fine, never had an issue. Then one day after an update, it just crashed everytime I ran Dolphin.
Now it seems to be that everytime a game is started the crash happens.

I know I should have reported this sooner so as to more easily identify the cause, but I just haven't had the time, apologies for that.

It would be greatly appreciated if you could solve this, my 7 year old son will be so happy that he can thrash me on Mario Kart once more!!! Big Grin

Just to be clear, it only crashes when the Saitek pad is attached?
Does it only crash in-game?
Can you configure both controllers in the GCPad / Wiimote configuration dialog without a crash?
Please show a screenshot of your configuration.

It used to crash when I ran Dolphin with both pads plugged in. Then I left it for a while being short on time, I hoped it would get fixed.
After several updates, I tried again, now Dolphin loads but when you start a game it crashes, every time.

After some more updates, the issue remained and so I thought maybe something had been changed in settings, so I looked at the pad config but nothing seemed different.
But then I never really touch the settings as I have little knowledge on the inner workings.

I'll try to get a screenshot a bit later today when I have more time.

Thanks for your reply Big Grin

EDIT: Btw, I'm always using the latest version of Dolphin via the auto updater.

EDIT:I just tried again, I forgot that if the Saitek is inserted Dolphin crashes on start. But I can start Dolphin and plug the Saitek in, access settings etc, but as soon as a game is started Dolphin crashes.

When you say you want a screenshot of my config, which part are you asking to see?
Would it be easier to upload my config files?
