Even though my issue has been solved, there are some things to be noted:
None of the speedhacks for Twilight Princess work.

So, I thought I'd make this about the speedhack compatibility with
Twilight Princess instead. A support thread, I suppose.

Updates for the Speedhack compatibility:
                      Speedhack version 1:
- On revision 4.0-5809, using OpenGL crashes Dolphin. When using Direct3D, Dolphin doesn't crash. The game's FPS goes down to 0, with the VPS at 6, making the game speed at around 10%, which is unplayable. You can also hear small bits of sound in the background.

                      Speedhack version 2:
- On revision 4.0-5809, using OpenGL crashes Dolphin. Using Direct3D causes Dolphin to softlock, requiring you to end the process from task manager.

Original post (Crash Issue):
Spoiler: (Show Spoiler)
So, I've been trying to play Twilight Princess for the past day now, and it seems that when entering a save (not a save state), Dolphin will just crash, with the Windows message, "Not Responding."

I have only been successful at getting past the saved games screen once, with Dolphin revision 4.0-5762. I have tested in both OpenGL and Direct3D on revisions 4.0-5720, 4.0-5762, and 4.0-5801. The problem still persists.

Note: This list will be updated frequently.
- On revisions 4.0-5720 and 4.0-5801, when using Direct3D, Dolphin doesn't crash, but instead becomes unresponsive, practically a softlock(Even the Memory and CPU being used by Dolphin softlocks). I have to use task manager to exit Dolphin.
- On revision 4.0-5762, when using Direct3D, Dolphin doesn't crash. The game's FPS goes down to 0, with the VPS at 3, making the game speed at around 5%, which is unplayable. You can also hear small bits of sound in the background.
- On revision 4.0-5700, both OpenGL and Direct3D crash.
- On revision 4.0-5695, OpenGL softlocks and Direct3D crashes.
- On revision 4.0-5685, both OpenGL and Direct3D crash.
- On revision 4.0-5683, OpenGL crashes and Direct3D softlocks.

- On revision 4.0-5681, Dolphin doesn't crash.
- On revision 4.0-5670, Dolphin doesn't crash.

EDIT: So it seems like 4.0-5683 is where the issue started.

I've tested all sorts of combinations for settings, of which only one worked, but didn't work after a second try.
I noticed the issue when I updated from revision 4.0-5582 to 4.0-5762.
The issue is not present in the GameCube version.
The issue is not present in revision 4.0-5582.

I'm going to go ahead and search through revisions until I can find one that works.

EDIT: This issue seems more like a screen transition error, more specifically a cutscene transition error.

Just some extra information: In Mario Party 9, when starting a new solo game from scratch, after the beginning cutscene ends, all these same issues are present.
It seems like the way the game is trying to load a level confuses Dolphin, ultimately crashing it.

5683? There's some sort of mixup going on with the TP speed hack; you might want to check that you're using the right version of the hack.

I have noticed that the TP Speed hack has 3 version, two of which are duplicates and one which is version 2.
The reason I know that two are duplicates is that when I enable one, and then reopen the patches window, both are enabled.

I was using version 2 of the speed hack and have now disabled it. I can now get past the saved games screen.
But remember, the issue was also present in Mario Party 9.

EDIT: All versions of the Hyrule Field Speed Hack crash/softlock Dolphin 4.0-5801.
