Hey guys. I'm quite new to the Dolphin emulator scene and i've been trying to play Twilight Princess but my framerate is eating shit atm. I have pretty good specs (detailed below) so I shouldn't really be getting bad fps? It isnt on the unplayable level, but it is lagging quite a lot; it often dips to 15fps in villages.
I play on 1.5x native, no Anti-Aliasing and 1x Anisotropic filtering to try to increase my fps. I followed the TP wiki for maximum compatibility: https://wiki.dolphin-emu.org/index.php?title=GZ2E01 but it still stays the same. I don't mind sacrificing graphics too much, I just really want a smooth playing experience as if i was playing on a Wii, or something.

Any advice you guys can give me is appreciated. If you need any more details then be sure to ask!
Thanks.

Specs:

Processor/CPU: AMD FX8350 Eight-Core (4GHz)
Video Card/GPU: GeForce GTX 760 MSI Hawk Edition

Overclock the Processor, AMD CPU's have been pretty bad for Dolphin in the last few years.

I would literally have no idea what I am doing and I wouldnt really wanna take that risk. Any other ways i can generally increase fps?

I don't think you have enough money to upgrade to Haswell either

Octa Core CPU is excelent for a program that can use all 8 cores . However , Dolphin is a dual core app and current AMD CPU is weak at performance per core (or simply say "weak core")
An i3 4130 @ 3.4GHz can outperform an OCed FX 8350 @ 5.0GHz in Dolphin Benchmark
Zelda TP - Hyrule Field is very demanding , not even an i7 4770k @ 4.6GHz can run it full speed all the time
