Twilight Princess running 150% speed

I played around with the settings to get Metroid Prime run with a decent speed and now Twilight Princess is running 150% speed. How do I get it back to 100%?

Did you mess with the Framelimit options at all? If so, just leave it on Auto and uncheck Limit by FPS in 4.0 (or just set it to Auto in the latest revisions). That'll give you the best results for most games. If that isn't helping, post your settings as screenshots. We can't help you when we don't know exactly what you've messed around with in the first place, so show us what you changed.

Screenshot all of your settings. Post those screenshots. Of course, you don't have to include stuff like the misc page, or the interface page. Make sure to also give the graphics page.

Okay it works now
