Not sure if it's the download (heaven forbid) but when I attempt to play it I get 2 warnings. The first one says "Can't init any PAD plugins" and the second says "Couldn't init the core" What do?

Edit:
Ok new problem has arisen. When trying to play I get: "Failed to load DSP rom: sys/gc/dsp_rom.bin" as well as "sys/gc/dsp_coef.bin"
Final Edit: Problem solved.

Update your DirectX runtime and use the DirectX video plugin. If that does not work then you're using an on-board Intel graphics chip and you will not be able to run this emulator properly until you get a decent video card.

Also, stop downloading games, or atleast stop mentioning that you're doing that here.
Asus Laptop: K53TA

CPU: AMD Llano A6-3400M, Quad-Core, 1.4GHz-2.6GHz (Overclocked)
GPU: AMD Radeon HD6650M, 1GB GDDR3 (Catalyst 13.1)

Thank you for not being completely anal about my naiveity. I would assume its not anything hardware related:
OS: Windows 7 Home Edition - 64-bit
CPU: Intel Core i7-720QM processor
GPU:NVIDIA GeForce GT 330M: 1GB discrete, 1758MB shared.
RAM: 4GB DDR3
So I'm gonna go with the suggestion of updating the Directx
Sorry I'm kinda new at this.
