So everything was running great with this game - that is, until I hit the Goron Mines. The sound turned to a very low static sound, and has not returned since. Changing from HLE to LLE has not changed anything, and the sound works perfectly fine up until and after the Goron Mines (15% of the way through the game roughly.)

Are you using save states at all? If so, that's going to be an issue, and you should try saving in-game (e.g. normally like you would on a GC or Wii). Also, make sure you've actually selected LLE audio. You should have selected "LLE Recompiler" in the DSP Emulator Engine section, not LLE on Thread (this is something different). LLE audio should not drop or cut out, but it will sound pretty bad if you can't run the game fullspeed or close to it.

Lastly, as a general cure-all, stop using unofficial revisions from the old website. We've moved to https://dolphin-emu.org and 3.5-367 is not the latest revision. Try using the latest revision from https://dolphin-emu.org/download More often than not, using the latest revision fixes misc. issues like this.
