No workaround for Hyrule field. It's not quite fullspeed even on a Haswell with aggressive OC. Make sure ZTP hack is enabled in config (it is by default for this game). If you're running 4.0, try D3D9.

Hyrule field end game is an issue for most folks unless you can overclock to 4.5 GHz or so. Unless you are using LLE in which case I dont know of many machines that can run this game in Hyrule field using LLE and EFB to RAM at full speed.
