Twilight Princess- Bottom of screen is blurry when I run

Around the rupee counter and the general bottom of the screen, whenever I run I get this weird motion blur. Not sure what causes it, or if it's even a known issue. Any help?

Post your graphics settings as screenshots and provide a screenshot of the issue happening as you play.
