HI, I have my PC connected to my TV Screen and , randomly when I close a game and try to load another , the whole tv screen (once I´m in the windows desktop) start to flickers, and dont stop even when I close dolphin

Try enabling borderless fullscreen.

Graphics > Advanced > Misc > Borderless Fullscreen
