Why are you trying to turn it off? If you just don't want to hear it just use volume control in android, if you are trying to get more speed it won't really help afaik.

Im trying to listen to music or watch a video in the background instead of in game audio especially qhen the audio stutters. Would be nice to have the ability to turn off in game audio and just listen to music

I think we should add an option to disable audio. It may be slightly (0.01%?) faster and would let you disable audio.

Code:
[DSP]
Backend = No Audio Output

That fix is only temporary. It needs to be re applied whenever configuration is changed - even switching backends.

I dont think there is a faster device- I have a note 9. I am not having audio issues though - i just like listening to music or having a video playing in the background while paying.

Thanks for the help though- editing the config does work as a fix.
