Trying to trade between Emerald and Colosseum on emulators.

I'm Having a bit of a problem. I'm trying to trade My Treecko, Deoxys, Ho-Oh, Lugia, and Mew over to Colosseum, but my Emerald emulator will just not cooperate with me. what do I do?
