Trying to setup shaking wiimote and numchuck for a game, dont know how to do it right

I am trying to play Captain Rainbow, and one of the mechanics of the game is shaking the wiimote and the numchuck at the same time to gather energy or something. But im not sure how to set that up in Dolphin, if someone can help me find out how to correctly set it up that would be amazing.
