Hello,
recenlty when i open Dolphin r7045 from "configure" i got the following error for many time:

i use windows 7 64 bit on G73JW Asus serie

Sysconf locate in User/Wii/share2 . You probably overwrite it when you backup your savegames from old rev to lastest rev (newer dolphin rev can't read old sysconf file from old rev)
Redownload that rev then replace it

Search for the sysconf file on your computer and delete it.

Default location:
C:\Users\redj101\Documents\Dolphin Emulator\Wii\shared2\sys
