Trying to play new DK Game. Wiimote required?

I just downloaded the new DK game and I'm very excited to play it. The problem seems that a wiimote is required and the classic controller is "unsupported" from the title screen. I've messed with the wiimote configurations and can get the buttons to work but it seems without the motion aspect of the wiimote I cannot play the game. Is there anyway around this or will I just have to buy a wiimote if I want to play the game?

Buy it and dump it by yourself.

BTW No support for warez.
