Speed falls to 10% at the beginning, I can't even start the game with this LLE setting. I also tryied disabling external frame buffer, but I had no improvement.

When I put HLE, I can get a constant 30fps at 100%... oh god...

That's how LLE works, unfortunately. Have you tried 3.0? Maybe that will work with LLE on thread. Considering that Bulldozer is meant for as many cores as possible, that should help.
LLE causes slowdowns for everyone, you just have to get used to that or bad sound.

The real 3.0, as in the official release, at the bottom of the downloads page. Not a "dirty" revision.

The problem is not the bad sound, I had nothing of this while using HLE. But black screen crashes are constant in this mode.
EDIT: Just tested with 3.0, same issue, the game can't even start.

Dirty isn't the right word. Dirty means that someone has altered the code without committing it (except on the downloads page, as MaMario's build bot has broken). The git revisions are revisions, 3.0 and 2.0 are releases.

My pc-specs are very similar to yours and I dont have these issues while using same settings as you do.

Use DSP HLE.

HLE is making the game crash with a black screen at certain points... This is sad. I guess I'll have to wait until it crashes and save constantly so I could get to the end of the game.
