Trying to Connect Wiimote to current Dolphin using Bluesoleil, freezes

Hi there everybody, I'm new but I've used Dolphin for many years to play the Metroid Prime series (fabulous games btw). A couple days ago I bought a Bluetooth Adapter and today I put it into my computer so that I could hook a wiimote up to Dolphin. I had connectivity issues with the drivers that came with it so now I am using BlueSoleil software. The wiimote stays connected now http://i.imgur.com/lKO7Eby.png and the 4 lights at the bottom flash, but whenever I go to Dolphin (4.0-5565), go to the controller configuration and hit refresh, it just freezes. It has stayed like that for over 30 minutes. I have also heard that hitting 1 + 2 can be used instead of the red connect button on the wiimote but for me those buttons don't do anything. How do I get it to connect to the emulator smoothly?

I'm still not sure. It came with my wii in 2007 so I'm pretty sure it is.

I actually got the wiimote working, I connected using the Toshiba Bluetooth Stack instead of Bluesoleil, and it works with Dolphin now. I'm also using a wii sensor bar by just plugging it into a wii thats powered next to the computer. Cheers.

I'd say it was a -TR remote (built in motion plus) since the Toshiba Stack fixed it, but if it came with your wii in 2007 that couldn't be it afaik. Anyway glad you got it working.

I ran into a problem actually! My 1 and 2 buttons sadly don't work but it looks like when I use a hybrid remote to try to get around the problem, I can't use the IR sensing on the wiimote anymore. Hrmph. Internet looks like it's pointing to the fact that I need to get another wiimote.
