Do your controls work in other games?

OK. So it isn't an issue with the game itself. In your profile you wrote that you were using Dolphin 3.0 you should use Dolphin 3.5 or a recent build. Anyway try with another build at least to see if your controls work

You probably got it on the old website. You are on the new official website. Take your builds here http://dolphin-emu.org/download/?ref=btn . Try with the most recent build and see how it works
