You really shouldn't download dlls randomly off the internet and I hope you didn't put them in the System32 folder yourself.
Anyway, remove them regardless (if you grabbed the dlls manually), make sure you're on service pack 1 and install Universal CRT update and Visual Studio 2015 redist.
