Trouble with Switch Pro Controller

When I try to use the Pro Controller, Dolphin detects that I'm just spamming all of the buttons. I've tried running Dolphin through Steam (since I have to problems with my Pro Controller on Steam) and at first open it, my computer want to use my controller as a mouse/keyboard input. Once I open and emulation, Dolphin doesn't detect any inputs. Anyone know how to fix this?
