trouble starting Metroid other M

Hi all
when I try to start Metroid other M
displays the following window



I currently play New Super Mario Bros at 60 fps & DK Country Returns at 49-60 fps
at 1360 x768 resolution windowed mode
My OS is Windows Seven 64bits
My PC specifications: AMD Athlonx2 3.0Ghz
4 Gb Ram
ATI Radeon 1GB
