Mm...Sometimes in some games the FPS drops because:
-There are many objects, characters in the screen. Example: SSBM, SSBB, ETC....
-There are other programs recently opened.
Display: Try activating aspect radio 4:3, 16:9 or Widescreen hack
You could try using newer versions. They have more options and features, also many problems have been solved.
