Alright, so I've been trying to import save files into Dolphin but I have been running into some trouble. I dumped my save files for Fire Emblem Path of Radiance using my Hombrewed Wii and I'm trying to continue my save in Dolphin. I'll attach pictures of what I see when I do this and also describe the problem I'm having

1. I open up dolphin and go to the memory card manager. There is no save data for Fire Emblem (As I have deleted it). So I click Import GCI and navigate to my save file for Fire Emblem, then import it.
2. Alright! There it is up at the top, everything looks good so I'm going to go ahead and launch the game.
3. Once I launch Fire Emblem Dolphin crashes, no amount of waiting solves this and it does recover. Since I know almost nothing about how Dolphin works I go ahead and close the program.
4. After reopening Dolphin and launching Fire Emblem it actually boots this time! When I get into the game though, it asks me to make a new save file even though it should already have one! I make a new save file anyway and also create a new game.
5. If I leave Fire Emblem, I now see that there are two save files for the game! One of them is being used and the other is not...

I am running Windows 10, I have a Intel i7-4720 HQ, Nvidia 960m, 16 GB of Ram, and I'm running dolphin 5.0 - 1483
Any and all help would be greatly appreciated in solving this problem!

I would try using a GCI folder.
