Trouble connecting Wiimote to laptop

I triied connecting my wiimote to my laptop.
I went to bluetooth settings, andd i pressed 1 + 2 at the same time on my wiimote.
My laptop recognized it as Nintendo RVL-CNT-01.
so i clicked on pair and then a box comes up telling me toenter a passcode.
WUT? This never happened to meon my old Windows 7 laptop.
I have Windows 8.1. The bluetooth is integrated.
Any help?

Have you tried connecting it from within dolphin? (I think you can do that :p)

I have no idea how to connect a Wiimote within Dolphin. :/
