Try with Dolphin-Triforce-3.0-696-x64 and Dolphin-Triforce-3.0-697-x64 and same problem download 2 differents isos and same problem.

I was download the Dolphin in emucr

How you fix that problem?

well, exists much more cheaper ways to play Triforce arcade games in legal way under Dolphin, for examle you can buy not the whole arcade cabinet, but just ROM-board or GD-ROM with security PIC, they are pretty cheap, on ebay Triforce GDs costs about $15-50.
