i7-4578U to be released Q2 '14
That will handle some seriousness business.
Case closed.

Also swapping slow 5400HDD with Hybrid SSD. I'll have a boss Dolphin-on-the-road machine.

Yep thats a very good laptop processor for dolphin. If you can keep it at 3.5ghz it will probably surpass the i3-4130 desktop processor (3.4ghz) which is already good at running a lot of games for dolphin. Go for it.
