I have read through ALL of the Trauma Team related threads, and this issue is left without any form of an answer. I did not find any other threads that has any answer to this issue...
Here's the issue:
I'm at the Last scenarios in the game (after you cleared all 6 others unique scenarios), and I happen to fall under Orthopedic scenario in the last ones... where you have to use a chisel+hammer..... and using the tilt of the Nunchuk to move the chisel. I'm playing with the emulated keyboard/mose setup. I have the most up to date Dolphin emulation. I keyed just the Tilt left/right for the Nunchuk... but when I use them in the game, NOT only does it make the chisel spin ridiculously fast, you can't hold it in place at the spots you want it to. It does a 180 to the opposite side without any way for accuracy. This scenario needs the chisel to be held STILL in one spot to use it. Ontop of that, when you release said button, it resets itself... I even tried to link it to my mouse wheel... but it still resets its position.
Am I screwed WITHOUT a Real remote+nunchuk... or is there a specific setup that will allow the tilting to be much more accurate(slower)? Without a solution, I can't finish the game =/
