I downloaded Trauma Center: Second Opinion just the other day and the game works perfectly for me up until I given the defibrillators. In Chapter 1-7 I'm told to move the paddles toward the patients chest but I'm not sure how to do this without a wiimote and nunchuck. I would like to know if there is way to fix this or if I have to use a wiimote. I'm currently using dolphin master 5.0 10056-x64 (download name I couldn't find the exact one I am using as of writing this) but if there's no way around it I'll get a wiimote.

Edit: I found a solution for my problem I just put all the up motions and shakes set to my scroll wheel so if anyone got stuck like me I guess here's a solution.

I played this game on a real wiimote and the defibs are a huge pain in the ass even there. I'm not surprised emulated wiimotes aren't working well for it.

What I think it is is it wants you to thrust the wiimote and nunchuk forward towards the screen, if emulated controls has a thrust, stab, or poke control, use that. Otherwise, unfortunately you'll need a real wiimote.

Downloading a game is piracy.
Check my profile for up to date specs.
