I'm not sure when this issue started, but it's present in both d3d and ogl backends. In the official 4.02 release, this issue was not present at all. My settings are EFB to RAM, XFB set to virtual, 2x IR, and everything else default. Please help.

If this isn't a known issue, then it would probably be very helpful if you could bisect the revision which caused it. To do this, grab a build about halfway between 4.0.2 and the latest. Test that. If it works, bisect higher, and if it doesn't, bisect lower. It should only take about 12 tests to get it down to a specific change.

Disable efb to ram, it is one of those efb to ram low res "issues" where part of the screen or the whole screen becomes low res.
