Translation plz.. Tatsunoko vs Capcom

Hi. When I load TvsC, I'm given like 4 screens, one after the other, and then it stops on the fourth screen. Each screen contains a message, but all in japanese. I can tell what the first screen is, but the others don't make any sense to me. Anyone mind telling me what to do, or what does it translate to? Help would be greatly appreciated!

first pic u can tell from photo dont knock ppl or shit off. and then its how to use strap and controller like don't throw it lol.
