Transferring Important Save Files to new PC

I used to play games like metroid prime and melee on dolphin on my laptop. However, I have recently built a new desktop PC that I want to transfer my saves to, so I can continue playing on it where I left off on my laptop. What is the best way to transfer over these files (preferably using a flash drive) to prevent any trouble with dolphin emulator? Thank you for reading this.

Copy the Dolphin Emulator folder from C:\Users\<your username here>\Documents to the same folder on your new PC. You should probably delete the Cache folder inside the Dolphin Emulator folder after you copy the folder to the new PC

what about that other cache folder "shadercache"?

I would leave that unless you start experiencing weird issues.
