transferring dolphin save files to the wii

As I finally got myself a wii, I've been trying to get to transfer most of my save files in dolphin to the wii. I don't want to break anything in my PC and wii though, so I haven't done anything yet, My questions are:

~What is the save file of dolphin and where do I find it? (I'm guessing the .SFV file that I found but I'm not sure)
~I have a SD card all ready, and I have (private\wii\title) in it as I have copied some save files for a friend (wii to wii transfer)
~how exactly will I convert the .SFV file (if that is the save file from dolphin, then again I'm not sure) to a "data.bin" so that it'll work on the wii?
~and if the .SFV file isn't the one I'm looking for, then what do I do? a step-by-step procedure would be really helpful!

I'm sorry for the inconvenience, I've read some forums but I'm not that updated with the terms and things like that, so I don't really know what to do with them.. sorry.

right click on a game, export wii save, and a private\wii\title\<titleid>\data.bin is created
copy/move that to your sd card and transfer using the wii menu save options, some games may require other methods if they protected saves

oh, I see on your profile that you are using 3.0, which does not correctly export the saves. Use the latest version of dolphin to export wii saves (copy your user/wii folder to the newer version)

I've been trying to transfer back my Dolphin Wii save file for Xenoblade Chronicles without success. It was easy enough to transfer it. Any help?

Attempting to export through Dolphin's extractor to a structured file system then to the SD card does not work- The Wii and Wii U do not see anything on the SD card. I've checked the file itself and it is there, and I've tried un-archiving it as well, but no dice.

Any help would be greatly appreciated!

EDIT: Nevermind I am an idiot. I forgot to go to the Wii Menu and then the memory management. Sure enough, it was RIGHT there. Ho-hum.
