As I finally got myself a wii, I've been trying to get to transfer most of my save files in dolphin to the wii. I don't want to break anything in my PC and wii though, so I haven't done anything yet, My questions are:

~What is the save file of dolphin and where do I find it? (I'm guessing the .SFV file that I found but I'm not sure)
~I have a SD card all ready, and I have (private\wii\title) in it as I have copied some save files for a friend (wii to wii transfer)
~how exactly will I convert the .SFV file (if that is the save file from dolphin, then again I'm not sure) to a "data.bin" so that it'll work on the wii?
~and if the .SFV file isn't the one I'm looking for, then what do I do? a step-by-step procedure would be really helpful!

I'm sorry for the inconvenience, I've read some forums but I'm not that updated with the terms and things like that, so I don't really know what to do with them.. sorry.
