TR Wii Remote Motion Plus Connection

So I've been unable to connect my new TR Wii Remote to Dolphin.

Do I need more hardware? My computer has integrated Bluetooth and is Windows 10 so I didn't think I needed a dongle or sensor bar or anything like that. If I do need something else that's fine, I just don't want to spend a bunch of money on something I may not need

Any help is appreciated.

What version of dolphin are you using?

To use the POINTER you actually NEED a sensorbar or sensorbar-replacement (e.g. 2 candles on each side of the screen) otherwise it won't work, but before you buy one, make sure you are actually able to connect your Wiimote.
