I do apologise, I've been hunting up and down, but I can't seem to find any definite answers.

It appears I've purchased a TR remote today so I can play Skwyard Sword.

I tried downloading the Toshiba Stack from here: http://cdgenp01.csd.toshiba.com/content/support/downloads/TC00442200F.exe

Unfortunately it asks me to plug in my Bluetooth, but it's built into my motherboard. I'm not sure where to go from here as there's little I can do.

Any help would be appreciated.

Yes the instructions are very unclear. I've read that 'plug in the Bluetooth device' might mean resetting the controller somehow. I still can't get past that step. I've considered buying an external bluetooth USB dongle (and then returning it?). I'm also running a series of testing (just blind trials of every combination of buttons I can press). I've considered trying to buy an older wii remote (the non MotionPlus kind) but those are harder to come by now.

I've found this: http://forums.dolphin-emu.org/Thread-rvl-cnt-01-tr?page=52

Which I used to install the Toshiba Bluetooth stack. The stack works perfectly, but the damn remote still doesn't work!

Edit: Nevermind, nevermind. I fucking did it!

I am now testing on a Mac, with a nunchuck+motionplus controller and sensor bar.

The procedure to connect to a mac is as follows:
ensure bluetooth is on

In dolphin:
- select 'Wiimote' button
- under 'Wiimote 1' filed, select 'Real Wiimote'
- select 'Refresh' then quickly press red sync button (just once)
- soon after motor vibrates continue to press 'A' repeatedly

The first LED should be on solid and the motor should have vibrated for some initialization procedure. It is important to keep on pressing 'A' otherwise the device seems to just go back to sleep?

Everything seems connected/paired/synced/whatever fine, but I can still get no input from the Wiimote. These are all newly purchased devices (should not be a failed hardware issue).

I found someone with a bluetooth low energy USB dongle that I might try to use. These devices may not have BLE, but regular bluetooth...I'll have to see if anyone tore one of these down online to find out.

This is a huuge pain by the way. Please let me know if you make any progress.

It seems you require the Toshiba Bluetooth, otherwise the TR downright won't work.

I don't know about the Toshiba on a Mac, but it definitely works on Windows as I've now been playing for a good 2 hours straight!

Edit: Just disconnected the Wiimote to shut it down, now the bloody thing shuts down every time it connects! Argh!

I went through that crazy sequence on a PC and got my Wiimote consistently connecting (short vibrate and first LED is on solid). I still have no input from the controller in the game though. It connects to my PC but now there is some software issue where the button data does not get to dolphin. I tried seeing if I had a new device under the gamepad menu but nothing other than my keyboard showed up. Is there another step or a way that I'm supposed to map my controller button presses to dolphin?

Did you use anything else to confirm that 'A' presses get from the dongle to your operating system somehow?

What version are you using?

I gave up with my TR, I'm swapping it with someone I know has an older one.

I can't reconnect my Wiimote without it instantaneously turning off now.
