TP water surface glitch

I tried them they don't work for me, when I click to play twilight princess (after failing to load my save and just selecting continue to play without saving) I just get 'dolphin.exe has stopped working' and it crashes... any ideas? it works in 4.0.2, albeit with the glitched map

edit: I got my saves back but still pixelated map in 4.0.2. newer builds get the 'dolphin.exe has stopped working' when I load the save
