Touchscreen IR not working on Mario Galaxy 2

The pointer works in the menu but not during gameplay/picking up stars.

EFB settings are correct and the EARLY builds that introduced touchscreen IR pointer was working

Current build I'm using is 5.0-9969. Tested both OpenGL and Vulkan
