Touchscreen IR not working on Mario Galaxy 2

The pointer works in the menu but not during gameplay/picking up stars.

EFB settings are correct and the EARLY builds that introduced touchscreen IR pointer was working

Current build I'm using is 5.0-9969. Tested both OpenGL and Vulkan

Can you xplain how you configure the wii mote to use with the touch screen. Would be great for this ripe of games.

Oh the latest beta builds from the downloads page emulate the IR/wiimote via touchscreen. Basically touch screen/swipe to move the pointer. Its not perfect and I don't think it will replace the wiimote fully

Can you explain or upload some video to see how configure and works. Would be great for games like resident evil umbrella Chronicles.
