I am trying to set up the IR pointer for games like New Super Mario Bros Wii for my Note 20 Ultra.

I have an 8bitdo controller, sn30 pro+.

I see all these video, like here...

that show a menu that you can access by swiping down from the top.

HOWEVER, whenever I swipe down, I get my notification panel.

When I hit back button, I get the left side blue menu.

The blue menu replaces the pulldown menu and contains everything that the pulldown menu contained. (You'll have to scroll down a little in the menu to see Overlay Controls.)

OHH>... okay!

Ultimately, I want to get Touch Controls set up so that I can use my touch screen or my right analog stick to move the WiiMote Cursor.

How do I do that? I can see the Cursor anywhere, and when I set up the mapping to have my right analog be the IR, it doesn't seem to do anything.

Thanks for your help!!!

Oh, and also, how do I Load or Save a game state, then? I can't find that in the left menu. The only choices are
Config
Graphics Settings
Pause EMulation
Take Screenshot
Overlay Controls
Refresh Wii Remotes
Screen Orientation
Change Disc
and
Exit Emulation

I only see these options...
There is no Save or Load options.

You have to turn on savestates under Config before they will show up in the menu.

I'm not sure why the cursor isn't working.

Ohhhhh....

Ok!

It still feels like I'm missing some buttons, but I still investigate.
Thank you for your help!

So, the new side menu is the new norm?

Probably better than pull down, since pull down is another function.

Ok, thanks again! I'll start a new thread for the cursor.
