Toshiba Stack automatically disconnecting wiimote

I got the controller to work for awhile, but now whenever I hit connect it finds the wiimote then automatically disconnects. Tried restarting, tried re and uninstalling drivers. Tried system restore, tried using 1 + 2, tried sync.

Is it a 3rd party wiimote?

Hmm it seems I can sort of get it working by using the New Connection search for device hit the sync.
