Has anyone gotten the Toshiba Bluetooth Stack working on Windows 10? Bluetooth Settings crashed when I tried to open it, so I decided to just reinstall it. (That was a bad idea.) When reinstalling it, installation stops here and just sits there forever and ever. I know that my Bluetooth card ("Intel® Dual Band Wireless-AC 3160") works with Toshiba because it installed fine and I was able to connect my Wii Remote Plus on Windows 8.1...

Well, I fixed it. (Of course I find the solution after I post a thread asking for help.) Apparently Toshiba hasn't updated the driver's code signature for Windows 10 yet. I needed to turn off "Driver signature enforcement" in Startup Settings to force Windows to accept it. Now I can finally start testing NZHLE...
You may have to do that on every boot if you go that route. A more permanent solution is to open the command prompt as administrator and enter the command bcdedit -set TESTSIGNING ON. This puts windows in test mode and you will constantly see it in the bottom right hand corner of your screen, but you won't have to keep disabling driver signature enforcement.

I just tested it, and I apparently don't need to do that. After a clean boot, I was able to open Bluetooth Settings and connect my Wii Remote Plus just fine. (I guess the option stays on until you turn it off again...)
