Hi, I've been using the Toshiba Bluetooth Stack (TBS) with my PC and it's been working great. This afternoon when I switched on my PC I was met with a dialogue box telling me that my evaluation period has expired. Can anyone help me obtain a license for this?

I did some quick research and it seems that the TBS is free to use with Toshiba products and users of other products should seek software from the product manufacturer. Given that TBS has worked so well I'd rather just get it to work again.

Thanks in advance.

The guide mentions nothing about cost/activation/whatever, so maybe you just installed the wrong version? Try the newest one: http://support.toshiba.com/support/viewC...Id=3461138

Unfortunately the version I installed is indeed the latest version available at that link (9.10.00T).

Toshiba Bluetooth Stack has an evaluation period of 30 days if used with non-Toshiba BT adapters. Unfortunately, Toshiba also doesn't sell licenses for non-Toshiba hardware anymore, meaning that you should either buy a BT adapter with native support (like the recommended one here) or use a patched version...

@Rules: I'm not totally sure about this, but, if I post the patch here I'll be breaking forum rules, so, all I can say is that a "crack" for the Toshiba Stack exists...
