Toshiba a505-s9686 SM GALAXY?

hello!! can sum1 shoot me a str8 answer.. do i have any chance at running mario galaxy at decent speeds on this laptop- basics are a 2.2ghz dual core t6600 with 4gb ram on windows 7 64bit- im using dolphin build SVN R 5134 -- it says im at 100% speed and 60fps but in reality im maybe 1/3 of that--- i dont want to waste my time if its not possible i just was hoping that this sucker could handle theonly game i want it to play- THANKS FOR YOUR TIME!!!!!
