This is what happens: The game works well until it starts to render in 3D (Level selection).
After that it throws up a CR1 error (I have no idea what it means). When turning off Panic handlers, the game runs without any graphical glitches the whole time through, BUT the game runs at a horrible framerate of 7FPS, 17FPS in the level intro. Any changes to setup won't affect. I can run most Wii games at full speed, so I would imagine this won't be a problem either, running at 17-20fps most of the time /the game is designed to run at 25fps).

I really enjoy Tornado Outbreak and wish it could be run in Dolphin.

Specs:
i7 3630 @3.12GHz
nVidia GeForce GT 650m with 2GB of GDDR5 Memory and Intel HD Graphics 4000.
6GB of RAM.
Violets are good, roses are tasty, I eat 'em all. Regards, Me the cat.

1- We don´t support old builds. Update to any recent development build.

2- Try the laptop performance guide and the new benchmark.

3- Make sure you have everything updated (GPUs´ drivers, DirectX, etc).
Rig 1: Windows 10 Home | AMD A6-1450 @ 600/1000/1400 MHz | AMD Radeon HD Graphics 8250 | 4GB RAM | HP Pavilion TouchSmart 11.

Rig 2: Windows 10 Pro | Intel Core i7-2640M @ 780/2800/3500 MHz | Intel HD 3000 Mobile | 8GB RAM | Dell Latitude 6320.

1- Ok, might try. Currently I'm using 4.0.2.
2- Have done it- my PC is tweaked to it's edge without modding.
3-GPU isn't the newest, the new GPU driver cause HUGE performance drops in the game. DX shouldn't matter, 'cause I use OpenGL.

4.0.2 is still supported, but in your profile it says "3.5-1609" which isn't supported anymore... Almost all users willing to offer support goes to your profile to check your System specs and Dolphin build, so, take a time to keep it updated, it would help a lot Tongue
