From your list the heaviest games are Super Mario Galaxy 1 and 2 and The Last Story. The recommended is an i5 3570k overclocked to at least 4.2 GHz to play these games at full speed (specially if you plan using LLE audio emulation)...
Avell A70 MOB: Core i7-11800H, GeForce RTX 3060, 16 GB DDR4-3200, Windows 11 (Insider Preview)
ASRock Z97M OC Formula: Pentium G3258, GeForce GT 440, 16 GB DDR3-1600, Windows 10 (22H2)

I found Epic Mickey 2 is a demanding game too
1. you need LLE to have the music played at right tempo
2. even with HLE I can't have it at full speed (SMG2 run fullspeed with HLE, expect level who require LLE to avoid crash)

but Im sure an i5 ivy can run it nearly fullspeed

I rectified that for you Smile

Actually all these games are pretty demanding (except Zelda WW, Zelda FSA and Excitebots).
Your CPU should do the job for most of them but you'll have difficulties with SMG 1/2 and TLS

Thank you, but this 3 games can be ajusted to a lower configuration to run full ir its unplayable?

.
You won't get full-speed in these games even with the lowest configuration

Nope, until your GPU becomes the bottleneck, you can raise and lower IR with no difference in gamespeed, as it's the CPU which will struggle.
