tools to run games without opening dolphin

every time i see very good progress http://forums.dolphin-emu.org/images/smilies/wink.gif but something missing in dolphin command list or tool to run games without opening dolphin maybe someone have to help ^_^

What's the point? The gamelist function dolphin has is great. Anyways can't you just rename the iso files to your own extension and have dolphin open that extension?
